Personal Profile

I’m Jonnabelle S. Gaddi a second year college student who is taking up a computer course at University of Caloocan City.  I’m 17 years old turning up 18 this coming December 10.  For at least 18 years of my existence I can say that I am not yet engage on a particular work where I can get my own basic needs.  I’m still at the side of my parents until I can stand on my own.  I’ve been in an organization whenever our professors gather us to do something related to our group work.  I experienced sometimes to be a leader or a member.  We’ve always been shared our own ideas to solve the group work even if sometimes there’s an unavoidable situation where in our ideas were not similar to each other that may result to a misunderstanding.  But after all quarrel is always been a part of a particular situation where in it can lead us to know the right thing and to solve the problem successfully.

2. How you understand and expect human behavior to become ideal when it comes to organization?

Human behavior becomes ideal in an organization if we know our capabilities and limitations that’s why each in every one of us has a different behavior that makes us special.  In the world of business, human behavior allows us to have a relationship between manager and employees, to boost employee morale, productivity, and job satisfaction; and the best ways to evaluate employee performance and create incentives that motivate workers.  The behavior in the workplace is important to be familiarized by the worker in order for him to apply his knowledge and skills that can minimize such human problems that unavoidably happen in the operations of all kinds of organizations.
